Support the onboarding of new vendors by guiding them through registration, documentation, menu setup, system training, and activation on the platform

Assist vendors in completing registration and required documents.
Coordinate onboarding steps: contract signing, menu setup, and account activation.
Train vendors on how to use the merchant system/app.
Ensure vendor information, pricing, and product details are accurate.
Work closely with sales, operations, and account management teams.
Provide support to vendors during the onboarding phase.
Track onboarding progress and prepare simple reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Good communication skills in English and Khmer.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
