We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to manage construction costs, contracts, and procurement activities across our building projects. This role is responsible for producing bills of quantities, managing cost estimates, conducting valuations, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. The ideal candidate is a technically strong QS professional with strong contractual knowledge and the ability to manage complex cost and contract issues in the Cambodian construction market.
