Respond to user IT requests and issues
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Install and configure IT equipment and software
Maintain documentation of support requests
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff
Support IT training and awareness programs

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in IT support preferred
