Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
