We are hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.

Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
Collect, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources
Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities from data
Collaborate with business units to define reporting requirements
Automate data processes and improve data pipelines
Present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and visual manner

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Good understanding of business processes and KPIs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
