Elevated Service: Execute formal, graceful table service with precise timing and attention to detail, from expert wine pouring to impeccable course delivery.
Intuitive Hospitality: Anticipate guest needs before they are voiced. Proactively manage the dining atmosphere and handle requests with discretion and poise.
Menu Expertise: Master our culinary and beverage offerings to provide tailored, insightful recommendations that enhance the guest’s experience.
Seamless Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the kitchen, sommelier, and front-of-house to ensure flawless communication and VIP-level care.
Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetic presentation, ensuring the dining room is always set to perfection.
Graceful Problem-Solving: Resolve any challenges with professional maturity, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.

Positive Attitude: A welcoming, energetic, and friendly personality.
Communication Skills: Good command of spoken Khmer; basic English ability is highly valued.
Customer Focused: A passion for providing excellent service to our guests.
Commitment: Ability to work a 12-hour shift (10am–10pm) with a dedicated 2-hour break.
Team Spirit: Punctual, reliable, and ready to work well within a team environment.
Experience: While previous experience is a plus, a great attitude and willingness to learn are what we value most.
