Collect and analyze blood, urine, tissue, and other specimens
Perform laboratory tests using standard procedures and equipment
Record and report test results accurately and promptly
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments
Ensure laboratory safety and infection control standards are followed
Assist with quality control and assurance procedures

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
Valid laboratory technician license or certification
Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment operation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
Good organizational and time management skills
