• Develop and manage the school’s procurement and purchasing procedures**• Oversee sourcing and purchasing of equipment, learning materials, and operational supplies**• Coordinate procurement processes including supplier selection, quotations, and contract negotiation**• Manage and maintain the school’s inventory system, including stock control, asset records, and periodic inventory checks**• Coordinate inventory distribution and logistics related to school supplies, equipment, and materials across departments**• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers**• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices**• Ensure compliance with school procurement policies and financial procedures**• Maintain procurement documentation including contracts, purchase records, and inventory reports**• Prepare procurement and inventory reports and recommendations for management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field**• Minimum 3–5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics management**• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes**• Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Strong organizational and management abilities• Experience working with procurement systems or ERP platforms is an advantage
