Assist in managing store operations and staff
Support sales targets and promotional activities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Maintain inventory and visual merchandising
Train and mentor store employees
Prepare daily and weekly reports

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
