Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment and workspace
Take and fulfill customer orders
Educate customers on coffee products
Monitor inventory and restock supplies
Ensure adherence to hygiene standards

Diploma or certificate in barista training or hospitality
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Experience in coffee shops preferred
