Lead R&D for new food products, recipes, and concepts. Analyze food trends and consumer insights to guide innovation. Test, refine, and standardize product formulations. Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams. Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with standards. Manage innovation timelines, reports, and project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field. 3+ years of experience in food development or product innovation. Strong understanding of ingredients, nutrition, and food processes. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to run product trials and evaluate sensory results. Good communication and project management abilities.
