The Senior F&B Executive supports daily operations, ensures service quality, coordinates with teams, and assists management in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and smooth workflow within the F&B department.
Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure service standards. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow. Support menu updates, promotions, and guest experience initiatives. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering needs. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly. Assist managers with reports, staff training, and performance monitoring.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field. 2–4 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations. Strong service mindset and leadership skills. Good communication and customer handling abilities. Knowledge of F&B standards, hygiene, and basic reporting. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
