The QC/R&D Executive ensures product quality, conducts testing, supports new product development, and works with production teams to maintain standards and improve formulations.
Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Document test results and ensure compliance with quality standards. Support R&D activities, product trials, and formulation improvements. Analyze product performance and recommend enhancements. Coordinate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and sample management
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in QC, QA, or R&D (FMCG/F&B preferred). Knowledge of testing procedures, standards, and documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to conduct product trials and sensory evaluations. Proficient in MS Office and basic lab equipment handling.
