Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and all relevant food safety regulations.
Record test results, manage documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist in the research and development of new food products and process improvements.
Collaborate with Operations and Innovation teams during trials, testing, and product rollout.
Provide training to staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and food safety procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in QC or R&D within F&B or food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of food regulations, laboratory testing methods, and quality assurance systems.
