Administer payroll, allowances, and employee benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitiveness. Assist in designing and implementing compensation and incentive plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare reports and analyze compensation and benefits data. Support management in HR planning and employee retention strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. Experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies in Cambodia. Proficient in Excel and HR/payroll systems. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
