Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to develop employees’ skills and support organizational goals.
Identify training needs and skill gaps across the organization. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and prepare reports. Coordinate with managers to support employee development plans. Maintain training materials and resources. Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field. Experience in training, learning, or organizational development is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with e-learning tools is an advantage. Good analytical and organizational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with multiple departments.
