Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and politely
Record and update customer information in the system or CRM
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs
Maintain a positive and professional company image at all times
Prepare simple reports related to customer feedback or service performance
Support other customer service or administrative tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in customer service or related roles
Good communication skills in Khmer and English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and deal with difficult customers calmly
