Support in processing deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers. Help verify customer identification and documentation. Assist in balancing cash drawers and reconciling daily transactions. Provide information on basic banking products and services. Direct customers to appropriate staff for complex inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Strong interest in banking operations and customer service. Good numerical ability and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn banking software.
