Lead recruitment for sales, technical, and operational automotive roles. Manage HR operations: onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records. Develop training plans for sales teams, mechanics, and support staff. Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Support organizational development and workforce planning.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of HR experience (automotive or trading industry preferred). Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and recruitment. Good communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
